About

Beetzen is a Stockholm based Art Advisory catering to international collectors.

As an art advisor I use a curatorial approach while navigating the international contemporary art market to match each collector’s long-term goals, interests and resources. I am dedicated to the highest ethical standard in this profession and work with strict confidentiality.

For over a decade, I advised major public and private clients in my role as Director at a leading gallery for contemporary art with outposts in Stockholm and Paris. Working closely with emerging, established, and blue-chip artists, I helped organize over 50 exhibitions at the gallery. I also project managed the gallery's participation in Art Basel in Basel and Hong Kong, the Armory Show in New York, Zona Maco in Mexico City, FIAC in Paris, and Independent Brussels. In addition, I have an expertise in public art; having placed multiple public art works, but also working with Sweden's state-owned collection of public art at the National Property Board. Relying on my work, research, and studies in Art History at Université Paris-Sorbonne (Paris IV) and Stockholm University, where I earned a BA, I have deep knowledge and passion for art and culture.

In 2021, I founded Beetzen to cater more closely to collectors. With my own advisory, I continue to work with high-level acquisitions and advising while activating my extensive network of artists, curators, and gallerists within the international art market to benefit my private and corporate clients.

My aim to build art collections that gain both cultural and financial value over time. I constantly analyze and research the art market, from art galleries to auction houses. I also accompany my clients to gallery and museum exhibitions, art fairs, biennials and artist studios all over the world.
